On New Years Eve, 22-year old Oscar Grant, a Hayward resident and father, was handcuffed and shot in the back while being detained by BART police.
This graphic video is one of several that depicts the shooting.
Grant died as a result of the shooting, which is under investigation. The officer has since resigned from the force.
