Sierra Nevada World Music Festival 2014 in Pictures.
The 2014 Sierra Nevada World Music Festival in Boonville, CA (Mendocino) was truly memorable, bringing together legends from all eras of reggae music, including ska pioneer Derrick Morgan, rocksteady legends Bob Andy, Carlton & His Shoes and the Tamlins, the godfather of DJ style toasting U-Roy and modern masters such as Michael Rose, Morgan Heritage, Tarrus Riley and more. The event featured an after hours dancehall where On-U Sound producer Adrian Sherwood dropped dub rarities and the vendors, food and camping areas all bubbled with the sounds of happiness and sweet reggae music. A family friendly event, the festival is past the 20 year mark now and looking to continue its irie vibes well into the future. Here are a few snapshots from this year's event.
