Jamaica has a long tradition of excellent dancehall singer/DJ combinations: Wayne Wonder & Buju Banton "Don't Know Why." Chakademus & Pliers "Murder She Wrote." Tanto Metro & Devonte "Everybody Falls In Love." And the list goes on.
Add to that the infectious new single "Skip To Ma Lu" from relative newcomer Serani. This catchy new track featuring Ravers Clavers street dancer-turned-DJ Ding Dong has the energy and hooks to be a big tune. Pop reggae? Sure, but this is the sound of Jamaica in the 21st century; as the saying goes "To The World!"
